FAQs
What Can I Expect From a Session?
1
Sessions are a space for you to talk, reflect and explore whatever feels relevant to you. You might come with something specific you want to work through, or simply have a feeling that something isn’t quite right.
We can talk things through, ask questions, explore different perspectives and use psychology-based exercises or creative approaches where they feel helpful.
Please note that coaching is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feel that you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please contact emergency services (999 U.K) or an appropriate crisis service (bottom of page). I will also not be able to provide any diagnoses or advise on legal issues.
